Many of the recipes that I will post under the 'vegetarian' category are not exactly vegetarian as they often contain beef or chicken broth. If you want to truly make them vegetarian, just substitute vegetable broth, coconut milk, etc...etc...
I love food. I love to cook. I have 2 children and a husband to cook for every single day, which means many things:
I need nutritious meals (heavy on the vegetables) I need delicious meals I need easy to make meals I need to find all my ingredients at 1 or max 2 grocery stores I need variation I need change I need meals that are ready in 30 minutes on average
As I find recipes that meet these criteria, I'll post them here with a review. I don't own a fancy-dancy camera, so I'll have to rely on my culinary prowess and fancy wording to lure you in. =)
